Current Project
Island Corporate Center on Mercer Island was in need of a facelift and was undergoing a complete remodel inside and out. PLP Painting was responsible for the exterior painting which included the entire concrete facade around the building and parking lot and also redoing the stencil signage in the parking garage. Water leaking through the concrete was an issue so we applied 100 gallons of Elastomeric paint to the exterior with a 3 color scheme. The building turned out looking great and our client was very pleased.
